The guest house is 1100 sq. ft with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi Tub. There is also a large deck with grill and furniture. Also availible for use are trails through the woods. The guest house is above the garage which is attached to the host home.
