Room wasn't ready on time upon check in. Yet, I witnessed multiple guests come in after us and get checked in. We were also told for an additional $20 fee they could get it ready for us... What???? The day we checked out, my husband started taking items to the car and had to walk all the way around to come back in because the key card was not working. It was deactivated. We checked mine and it wasn't working either. When we checked out I mentioned it to the girl at the front desk and she seemed very irritated that I interrupted her watching her phone. When I mentioned that it was frustrating that they deactivated our keys before check out, she made a face and said they did not. Both keys did not work. She shrugged her shoulders and just stared at me. She was irritated that I had a complaint and keeping her from her phone. Had I been helping my husband load our vehicle, we'd have been locked out. This didnt even phase her. In the end, I was more mad at her attitude than the keys not working. She was rude. Based on our check in and check out experiences, I'd never recommended this hotel. Not to mention the room itself was not on the best upkeep, primarilythe bathtub. Bad experience all around.
