The entire experience was positive. We arrived late and were greeted with a smile. We had our service dog with us, and she was accepted without a hassle. The room was clean, the vending machines were well-stocked, and overall, we enjoyed our stay. I will highly recommend your facilities.

Hope you like sleeping with the Dryer on!

Our stay was not good. The washer and dryer were located right outside our room. So not only was the room smaller then it should have been, it was also a crapshoot whether people would obey the “no laundry between 9pm and 9am” rule. One night of our stay the dryer and washer were on until almost 2am. The room was clearly older and not well maintained…cleanliness was not great. They also paved the parking lot while we were there with zero warning. Very difficult to navigate parking and getting in and out. Breakfast was cereal/yogurt/granola bars. Will not be visiting again.

They were sealing the parking lot so parking was limited and smelled bad. Tar on our tires and shoes. Elevator not working. Fitness center closed. Someone using the dryer at 2am causing yelling and screaming in the hallway. Day staff not friendly, but the guy at check in was nice. A plastic fork was found on the floor in our room.

While room was clean and nice, it was not as advertised. It said pet friendly, but they did not act like it. If we were not on premises, the dog had to be with us. When I said she goes in her crate and sleeps while we’re out, manager basically said I lied because everybody says that. This is the first hotel we have stayed in the last five years that this was an issue. The reason she said, the dog had to be with us because they did not want to refund if dog barked to the other guests. when I got up and walked the dog at 7 o’clock in the morning, there were five cars in the parking lot. Could’ve accommodated us, but chose not to with all those empty rooms. They could’ve easily kept everybody away from us if they were worried about the dog, but chose not to.

It was okay. The bathroom shower was kind of strange. I know it was meant for use by limited mobility people, but it leaked from the other shower head. The room was spacious which was appreciated, but it was just okay. Also, I received a call at 10:00 pm to inform me of a problem with a credit card. I would have appreciated an earlier call or even to deal with this at checkout. I was trying to go to sleep.
