This tiny, cozy, 600SF home on lg, partially wooded lot has everything you need to be comfortable. Great, mixed-use location:1 block to Boardman Lake Trail (access at Center St), 1 mile to the Bay & downtown. < 1 mile to Brick Wheels bike & X-country ski rental. We like being able to walk or bike into town on the non-motorized pathway along Boardman River. As of June, 2025, a second home has been constructed at back of property, ~40 feet behind Tiny House. It is not yet occupied.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be within walking distance of Lake Michigan. You'll find features such as laundry facilities. Enjoy your stay with amenities like free WiFi and a kitchen in the holiday home.
