The space
You will appreciate a beautiful living room with its modern and fully equipped open kitchen as well as its lounge area equipped with fireplace.
Upstairs you will find 2 beautiful bedrooms each with their private walk-in closets and a contemporary bathroom.
On the ground floor: an additional living room that can be transformed into a 3rd bedroom thanks to its sofa bed. It is equipped with a smart TV as well as a desk facing a bay window overlooking the outside.
On the ground floor you will also have a private low-consumption sauna (infrared technology) and a bathroom.
The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.
In front is a beautiful wooden terrace 30 meters from the beach.
You will also have two private parking spaces available.

The rental includes an electricity package of 10 kwh per day. Any overrun of the package on meter reading will be charged 0.2€ / kwh.
