A holiday house that had the air of a family home. Excellent large garden, comfy beds well equipped for holiday use including reclining chairs abd bbq.

Maison spacieuse, idéale pour une famille avec enfants ou deux couple. Grand jardin. Assez calme, malgré située proche de la rue. Literie confortable.Neansmoins, les canapés et la cuisine auraient besoin d’un nettoyage à fond, notamment le four qui était inutilisable, car très graisseux. Manque de four, nous aurions aimé une micro-ondes et pour le petit-déjeuner une machine à café (à filtre).Difficile de faire des courses sans voiture, pas de boulangerie ou de petite épicerie dans le Bourg.Mais dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un bon séjour. La Côte de granits rouges est et restera un des plus beaux endroits de la France.

Très jolie maison. Nous avons passez des très agréables vacances. La maison est très bien équipée et on voie que la propriétaire aime la maison.Le contact et la communication était parfait, gentille et utile.Si nous avons la possibilité nous sont en train de réfléchir pour passer des vacances prochaines dans ce bijoux.

Bonne location

Toutefois la précision de la localisation n'est pas bonne car le GPS vous emmène a 300 m. Il faut préciser face au cimetière et a coté de la pizzeria chez Mario. Par ailleurs un four micro onde ne serait pas superflu. Sinon trés belle région.

Une belle maison

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cette maison. Elle est très bien équipée pour les vacances en famille tranquille. Nous avons bien apprécié le jardin et le BBQ avec la terrasse aussi. La communication et l'arrivée étaient très efficace. Merci!

Sehr schönes großes Haus in Ortsrandlage

Sehr schöne Villa mit vielen persönlichen Dokumenten, Einrichtungs- und Gebrauchsgegenständen und Utensilien der Eigentümer, sehr individuell eingerichtet, viel Platz im Haus und riesengroßer Garten mit schönen Stauden und Bepflanzungen, große Sonnenterrasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und viel Zeit auf dem Grundstück verbracht. Leider ist die Küste fußläufig nur über Straßen ohne Bürgersteig (ca 30 min. bis zum Marktplatz) zu erreichen, von dort aus zu den besten Stränden weitere 20 Minuten Fußweg. Tagsüber empfiehlt sich der Fußweg durch das wunderschöne Val de Traouiero, dieser endet in Ploumanac'h am Hafen (ca 45 min. fußläufig). Wir haben meistens das Auto genommen, um zum Strand zu kommen oder um einzukaufen. Mühselig war die Autozufahrt auf das Grundstück, weil diese in leichtem Bogen verläuft und u.U. das Auto an der Mauer landet. Wir haben den kostenlosen Parkplatz auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite (am Friedhof und Ausgangspunkt für diverse Wanderungen) genutzt. Achtung bei der Anfahrt: Google Maps schickt einen in die Irre, die dort angezeigte Adresse Rte de Traouiero 10 ist falsch! Bitte die Nr. 8 eingeben (Chez Mario) dann ist es das Grundstück nebenan!

Bonne réactivité de la propriétaire qui est plutôt arrangeante. Le jardin est très agréable. Petit bémol, nous aurions apprécié que le lave vaisselle soit vidé avant notre arrivée.

Schönes Haus, leider nur ab und zu WLAN

Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich toll. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Leider war das WLAN nicht stabil und wir mussten einiges an Arbeit, die wir leider in die Ferien mitnehmen mussten, verschieben. Die Vermieter haben allerdings viel versucht, um das Problem zu lösen. Der Essbereich war ein wenig dunkel und kalt, dadurch dass er noch einmal zum Garten hin abgesenkt ist. Im Sommer sicher angenehm kühl, für Ostern etwas zu kalt. Das Haus wurde auch erst direkt zur Ankunft beheizt und es hat schon gedauert, bis es einigermaßen warm wurde. Ein Wäscheständer war nicht vorhanden (dafür ein Trockner, aber viele Kleidungsstücke von uns können dort nicht rein). Dieser wurde aber netterweise nachgeliefert. Die Sauberkeit war ok, aber nicht überragend. Es stehen zum Teil viele Sachen herum, so dass wir erst einmal alles zur Seite geräumt haben (vor allem, damit die Kinder nicht ausversehen etwas kaputt machen). Auch in dem oberen Elternschlafzimmer standen einige Sachen, die man vielleicht auch woanders verstauen könnte. Im oberen Bad gibt es nur ein Licht am Spiegel mit Druckknopf, den die Kinder nicht selber erreichen konnten. Wenn also in der Nacht jemand zur Toilette musste, mussten wir mitgehen. Der Garten ist ein Traum, allerdings war immer wieder ein Hund dort und auch mehrere Katzen, die "Hinterlassenschaften" zurückgelassen haben. Irritiert waren wir auch, dass es keinen Ordner gibt mit Instruktionen zum Haus oder wesentlichen Funktionsweisen/Heinweisen z.B. zur Müllenetsorgung etc. (oder wir haben ihn nicht gefunden - wir haben allerdings auch keine Schränke durchsucht). Das kannten wir bisher aus allen Häusern, die wir egal wo gemietet haben. Die Kinder fanden es toll, dass wirklich viele Spielsachen im Kinderzimmer waren. Das ist sehr großzügig und zeugt von Vertrauen den Mitern gegenüber. Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Zeit und waren glücklich, die wunderschöne Gegend bereisen zu können.

Tolles Urlaubsquartier in ruhiger Lage

Sehr gut ausgestattetes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Ruhige Lage ganz in der Nähe der Kirche Saint Laurent im Stadtteil Bourg, ca. 2,5 km vom Stadtzentrum und etwa 3km bis zur bezaubernden Rosa-Granit-Küste.

Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans cette maison à Trégastel. Les chemins dans la vallée des Traouiero sont très jolis et à côté de la maison. Tout était parfait: la maison, le jardin, la côte en général!

Très belle maison typique

L'accueil et les petites attentions des propriétaires ont égayé notre séjour. La maison est top tant sur l'emplacement ( à deux pas des sentiers de la vallée de traouïero) que sur l'agencement. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter!
