Older property but well kept... Was hairs in bed and had to change rooms which wasn't any big deal. Unfortunately they didn't have any more king size beds but put in a queen. No big deal..For the money it was adequate to see our purpose.

The bed seemed to be built on top of sheet metal. When ever you moved it made a loud metal bending sound. There were some homeless people hanging around the outside of the property. And some cars where people where clearly living out of them. People do work in their cars in the parking lot. It felt more like affordable housing than a motel.

Feels like you're at home with a large wall mounted tv with direct tv, full refrigerator(not in every room), ironing board, and iron. Clean bedding which sounds normal, but it's really not. A lot of places have blood stains on the bedding. Once the pool is open it's a easy 5* establishment

The room was clean. There was a young man pacing in front of our room, while on the phone cursing. We were concerned with leaving our room until he left since he had seen us carry our belongings into the room. Later in the evening there was someone in the car next to our playing loud music until 1 am. I believe she was sleeping in the car. The next morning there was a beer can in the parking lot next to their car and there were 2 people in the back seat drinking beer. It was 8:30 in the morning.
