The quality of the guest accommodations and the hospitality of the hosts were beyond exceptional. Specifically, I would like to point out how clean and well setup the rooms were and how helpful and friendly the hosts were. We experienced some significant flight delays arriving in Trieste, but the hosts was extremely accommodating to the delays with exceptional communication, kindness, and understanding. When we arrived they were also very informative by providing thorough advice on how to get around Trieste and what to see. The next time I am in Trieste I hope they will have a room available for me to stay again. 10/10 rating
