Historiallinen 1930-luvun Vintage Rustic Home. 3 makuuhuonetta, 2 kylpyhuonetta, vuodepaikkoja 6, koiraystävällinen, täysin aidattu. Koska se on 90 vuotta vanha, talo on nähnyt paljon hullua säätä, lattiat ovat epätasaisia. Talo on asettanut joitakin. Antaa sille merkin. We were happy with the house. It was well-equipped and had everything we needed. The outdoor area was lovely, with a large lawn, a hammock, and fruit trees. The veranda was a lovely place to sit and admire the magnificent sky by night. The old house definitely had charm, and it felt like a step back in time to grandma's day—the walls and floors were a bit crooked, the furnishings were old—you just have to like that. We definitely felt at home.

Although the area was quiet and peaceful, we have a number of issues preventing us from enjoying our time there.1. The listing for the property and the information from the owner conflicted on the presence of an A/C. The only working unit was a swamp cooler in the kitchen. It required a cross-house draft to work effectively, which isn’t realistic with people sleeping in their rooms. We were left with either quite warm or extremely cold.2. We were shocked to find a dead mouse under the kitchen sink. How recently was this place checked?3. We were a party of 7, but there was a single fork and 2 washcloths. Despite asking for more cloths, we only got 2 more.4. The lock on one of the bathrooms did not work, and some of our group felt uncomfortable due to the smell in the bathroom.5. The mattresses seemed to be quite old and uncomfortable.6. As we had a large group, one member considered using the listed, pull-out sofa-bed. However, there were so many crumbs and dirt that had fallen below the seat cushions that it was clear it had not been cleaned in some time, making it wholly unsuitable as a bed listed in the description.The property is quite old and has history behind it: please note that we have not left comments on the charm left by the construction that could not be easily fixed. These are all actionable issues that took what should have been an amazing stay near Bryce Canyon and turned it into one getting us out of the house as quickly as we could each morning.

It was perfect for what we were looking for-a place to sleep and close to Bryce Canyon. Property was as-stated. We had excellent communication with the owner. It was convenient to Bryce Canyon without the crowds. Enjoyed the restaurant Showdowns just down the street.

Charming home

House was a great place to stay and so close to Bryce Canyon. Owner was so helpful with any questions we had. A family of deer stopped by in the evenings and the view was beautiful. Would definitely stay there again!

Nice Country Charmer

Our stay here was great! We found the property just as the listing stated. It wasn’t fancy but has a definite charm to it and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting outside and watching the deer meander in the yard. Tom was a great host. He was very timely in his responses to us and was always kind and courteous. We absolutely would stay here again and highly recommend you do to!

Charming historic home

Cozy, charming, and comfortable. We had a cold night and really enjoyed the fireplace. We love cooking and had everything we needed. Our dogs loved the fenced in large yard and our son loved watching the deer jump in and out of the yard. Great location for visiting Bryce Canyon National Park.

Nice Old Farmhouse

Great place super close to Bryce Canyon

We really enjoyed staying in this farmhouse in Tropic. Bryce Canyon is literally just down the road. The owner was super responsive and answered all of our questions within minutes. There was plenty of space for our family and had everything we needed. We'd definitely stay here again!

Bryce visit

Loved it. Very child friendly. They had a pack n play and a high chair and a fenced in yard. They had netflix to binge since I'm too cheap to pay for that for myself. We stayed at 5 different places during our trip and this was our favorite.

Comfortable house in Tropic near Bryce NP

This was a quiet rural neighborhood, setting with fruit trees, and mule deer out front. It was close to BryceCanyon national Park as well as Kodachrome state park. We enjoyed driving the short distance down the road to the Mossy Cave trailhead to see the very dark starry night
