Street parking isn't allowed, per the local ordinance. * Exterior lights must be turned off at night when not using them. * Amplified music is prohibited it vacation rentals in Truckee/Tahoe * Hot tubs are not allowed to be used between 10pm and 8am at vacation rentals in Truckee/Tahoe * Trash must go in the bear box (or in garage if full) to keep animals away * Stairs - 20 stairs (including landings) from driveway/garage to main level and 15 stairs from main level to lower level. We suggest guests with limited mobility use upper-level master * Outdoor wood burning fires are illegal and come with major fines in Truckee, due to high fire danger most of the year. Please respect this. The propane bbq and gas fire pit are allowed. Please enjoy responsibly.

There is a zero tolerance policy towards abusive and negligent guests, loud groups, etc. If you want to squeeze 20 people into a house and party hard, this is not it. This is a tasteful, and well appointed home - please treat it as your own. NO LOUD or LATE PARTIES.
