The room was sparce but clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. It appears the hotel is being renovated to some extent. The carpet in the corridors are extremely dirty. The interior of the elevator is very dirty. You would not expect to pay $200 per night for a property in this state of disrepair. I spoke to the front desk clerk in English and she then proceeded to ask me to sign a document written in French saying I understood the policies of the hotel. I asked for the information in English but she was not able to provide it. There is no place within walking distance to eat when you check-in in the evening. Despite being told the airport shuttle was on its way, we waited 1+ hours for the shuttle but it only takes about 6 minutes to get to the airport from the hotel. I would not recommend this property.

This was a great option for our layover in Montreal! Close to the airport, free shuttle, and a nice included breakfast. There are lots of restaurants around too if you want to go out or order something in.

I will give one star. The toilet wasn’t stable at all. There was yelling and noise you have to ask for room service, and the most annoying thing was that people outside or near your room make so much noise. Spider webs outside the hotel, people smoking outside, long wait time for the receptionist, card didn’t even work. Only slight upside was the breakfast. Safe to say, I got terrible sleep and you might as well

It was very good byt not excellent. The elevator rug smells. No cups in the coffee machine and when we asked the night receptionist, said no cups but they are visible on the back office. Room is very good, comfortable bed. Breakfast lady very nice annd accomodating. Otherwise very good.

OUTRAGEOUSLY FILTHY, SOILED SHEETS

the presentation of the hotel was substandard in cleanliness.... it was difficult to find the room and elevator....when i got to the room no 351 the electricity was not working... the phone was not working... BUT MORE OUTRAGEOUS WAS THAT THERE WAS WHAT APPEARED TO BE A BLOOD STAIN ON THE TOP RIGHT CORNER SHEETS ON THE BED.... I DID NOT STAY AT THE HOTEL... I ASKED FOR AREFUND BUT WAS TOD I HAD TO CONTACT hotels.com myself....

Overall it’s a good property and well maintained. It has good road connectivity to all parts of Montréal city. There are near by stores and quick eateries within walkable distance. Seems to be a friendly and safe neighborhood for family and small children.

We noticed that with the breakfast included there were 2 homeless that entered and helped themselves to the buffer. This should be closely monitored for hygiene as they were eating right at the buffet and it was not sanitary.
