I am writing a bad review for this location because they would not refund it was a company work related need and booked the same day and customer canceled the same day and when I tried to reschedule the booking, they wouldn't allow me to. I did purchase the trip insurance and it's up to the hotel whether they approve the refund or rescheduling of any booked reservation. So, my company will never book with your hotel again and we think your customer service is very poor!!!

Air conditioner needs to be cleaned after a rough summer... It didn't work properly, was super loud and was covered in dust. Other than that it is a pretty good place to stay for a trip to Tucson.

Jackhammering in lobby at 6:00 a.m.

This is no exaggeration: Imagine waking up to a jackhammer inside the lobby 4 doors down from where you are trying to sleep on a Tuesday morning. I was in shock. I called the front desk and was told there was nothing they could do about it. I mentioned that they could make the workers stop but was told that was not an option so the jackhammering continued. I am not kidding. They were replacing some of the granite counter tops so it was not like an emergency. The jackhammering stopped about 20 minutes later but at 6:30 the landscaping crew started their gas trimmers to take care of the landscaping 2 feet away from my first floor windows. They simply do not care about the comfort of their guest in the early morning hours.

The elevator was hot and stuffy. Our room was hot with the AC off. Morning breakfast didn't start until 7am, which is 9am in Texas. Too late. Only stay there because of the Denny's next door.

There was no food or coffee option which is sad.Because that's one of the things that we liked there and the bed frame , you could just sit on it and it sounds like it's going to fall to the floor I did let them know at check out that it needed to be checked.
