PARKING: There are 2 street-specific parking passes in the casita on the built-in shelves in the living room for use during your stay. Please place it on the dash or hang it from the rearview mirror of your car, and ensure that you are parked on 2nd St to avoid parking tickets. Please remember to return the parking passes where you found them prior to your departure.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

LAUNDROMAT: This home does not have a laundry room, but a laundromat is just a 3-minute drive from the casita, quite close if needed.

Charming Pueblo style cottage! Heat pump heating and cooling & a gas flame heater in the fireplace! Very efficient layout and well decorated/appointed. Great location! The sheets smell good! (Want to know what laundry products they use!)Thanks for a nice getaway!

Charming little house in a great area. So close to campus. We could literally walk to our daughter's new apartment at Hub on First. Gracious hosts who communicate well and have the house well-appointed with all the essentials. We will definitely stay again whenever we can.

This duplex is only 2 blocks from the Tucson streetcar stop and the wonderful Time Market. It’s on a quiet street and is well equipped. Highly recommend.

So cozy & clean

I booked this cute little place to drop off my freshman daughter at U of A. It was immaculate, cozy and perfectly situated close to the university. The bed was very comfortable and communication with the property management was great. The AC worked great as well. I will definitely stay here again!
