Comfortable house w/a beautiful heated pool and covered patio in southern Tuscon

Get ready to enjoy your home away from home! This home has great amenities and is close to everything Tucson has to offer.
Outside: Easily the best area of the house, the outside has a large, sparkling pool with lounger chairs and umbrellas to provide some shade. The pool can be heated (heating fee of $40 per day). The covered patio area has a large sectional sofa with a table and 2 ottomans that can double as extra seating, a hammock, and a propane BBQ.
The Floor Plan: Three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with an open concept kitchen/dining/living room and an extra living room area at the front of the house.
The Bedrooms: The spacious master suite looks out to the pool and has a beautiful bathroom, a smart TV, a new Casper memory foam king mattress, a ceiling fan, and room-darkening drapes to ensure a good night's sleep. Bedroom 2 has a new Casper memory foam king mattress, a ceiling fan, and room-darkening drapes. Bedroom 3 has a twin over full bunk bed with a pull out twin trundle bed. All 3 mattresses are new, comfortable memory foam. This room also has a ceiling fan and room darkening curtains. There is a playpen available.
The Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the dishes and small appliances you need for your stay, including a crock pot, a blender, and a coffee pot. There is a gas range/oven, a large fridge, and a walk-in pantry.
The Living Rooms: The living room off of the kitchen has a large and comfortable sectional sofa, a 65" smart TV, and a sound bar. The carpeted front entry living room has a comfortable 3-person sofa, a queen sleeper sofa (on order - coming soon! In the meantime we have an air mattress available), plenty of games to play, and a 65" smart TV.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be within walking distance of Fantasy Island Trails. Features include laundry facilities. Free WiFi and a private pool are available in the holiday home.

Best part about this home is the large private pool. It was clean and warm. Tall privacy fence. All beds were comfortable with plenty of extra blankets if needed. This house had everything we needed. And if you need anything Walmart is just a couple miles away.

This house was perfect for our needs. The interior was clean and spacious. The rooms were comfortable and open. The kitchen was well stocked with tools we needed to prepare our meals. The laundry was so convenient. There were fun games stocked that filled our nights and several tvs for added down time. The host was so responsive and nice. The neighborhood felt safe and was very quiet. My family would totally book this house again.

Great place to stay in Tucson

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Check in was super easy. The house is spacious and very comfortable for a family. The open floor plan keeps everyone connected when using the kitchen/making meals. The house was well stocked with essentials, including pool items. Any questions that did arise were promptly answered by Karissa. We would gladly stay here again!

Very Comfortable and Family Friendly

We were very happy with our stay at Karissa's property. She was very easy to communicate with. The house was stocked with helpful basic items and the kitchen had a good variety of utensils and cookware that made it easy to cook meals there. Everything was clean and comfortable. Wonderful family home

We just stayed here with our son, wife and 5 grandkids. We loved it! The pool was beautiful, has a solar blanket we used at night. The sectional in the family room fit all of us at night when we were chilling out after a busy day. Loved this!! The beds are very comfortable. Karissa answered immediately if I had any questions. I would highly recommend this home! 5 stars all the way!
