While this hotel is OK, over the holiday some things were lacking. A light in the hall was flickering a lot. There was a wet washcloth left in my room before check-in and the waitress I had at dinner was not very attentive. In contrast, the breakfast was good and the hot tub worked fine. You might have a different experience in another season.

The first two rooms they assigned to me weren’t cleaned. The finally the front desk went to personally inspect the room to ensure she could find a clean one. She was nice, it wasn’t her fault. Then after I check out Hilton charges me again for the room I already paid for. I call to ask what’s going on after 10 minutes I’m told it was a glitch and they’ll refund. No apologies, a lot of wasted time and inconvenience for a four night stay.

This is a remodeled refreshed hotel from an older era. The work was well done, but the bathroom did not have ventilation, so every time someone takes a shower, the whole room would heat up by the steam. The moisture leave an unpleasant smell
