Comfortable & Cozy

Super comfy cozy vibe. It’s the perfect hotel for a quick getaway to Tucson. Has lots of vintage aspects, but in a modern way. This adds character to the property. Breakfast was decent, however food ran out on a Saturday morning so that was very unfortunate.

No shuttle service?

Everything was great till I got to the airport and no shuttle was available. Called the front desk and was told “no service” available. Very disappointing. I had to walk from the airport to my car with 2 bags. Not cool.

The rooms were clean enough and the staff was nice enough. The pool had a lot of leaves in it and the hot tub very foam and dead bugs. Breakfast was very limited. They had coffee but no decaf. Had tea bags but no hot water. One kind of bread, no pastries. On the evening of my last night I asked at the desk if I could check out then and was told no I had to do it in morning. Get to the desk at 445am and there is no one there. The desk person doubles as the van driver. When he got back he said I could have just left the key, I didn't need to wait for anyone to check me out.

It is hard to understand some of the staff. The room was clean but repairs in the bathroom are not the way they should be. The caulking around the tub is the worst I have ever seen.

The hotel property was good, rooms were clean, bedsheets and towels were clean. A few items missing, but one staff were good to replace items as requested. Hot breakfast was good. Overall everything was good.

Disgusting hotel. There were boogers on the linens, hair in the shower and just a run down hotel all together. Amazing how you spend money on the lobby and yet the rooms scream Staph infection. Also, there was nothing during breakfast and it was only 8am. Front desk staff is lazy and were on FaceTime with a friend while checking us in. Disgusting hotel. Do better or close down.

The Bar was limited, the bathrooms were dirty, the hot tub was ice cold and was told if they turned up the heat it would shut down, i went to this location for a bar and the not tub.... and both were disappointing.. the matressess felt like i was sleeping on concrete and i have a very bad back..... do not stay here its a old Best Western with no upgrades....
