For 2 years we wrote down everything we hated when we stayed with Air BnB or VRBO & did the opposite.

This 500 sq ft one bedroom guest house is perfectly appointed to make a comfortable and private stay. We've approached every detail not trying to make the cheapest interior; but a place we'd be pleased to live in

Our hope is to make your stay the most enjoyable possible

☕️ - You will have tea, decaf coffee, and offer 3 coffee arrangements, please let us know which you prefer:
1- Keureg with variety of pod flavors
2- Drip Coffee, with Whole Beans*, & Grinder
3- Pour Over setup, with Whole Beans*, & Grinder
*a starter bag of artisan whole coffee beans provided from Pastime Coffee in Portland, OR

Tucson has horrible water. You will be proved a gallon of cold reverse osmosis water that can be refilled at any re-fill station (Whole Foods, Fry's, etc)

You know what I thought was the worst thing? I want to use the kitchen but hate having to find a store to buy "little things"....so we fixed that. You'll walk into a zip, lock, foil, plastic wrap, spices, and more.

Are you coming to Tucson for a bicycle camp or event like El Tour de Tucson? Dreading getting from the airport to your lodging with bikes, bags, bikes boxes? If you want airport pick up & bicycle assembly help let us know. We have a Sprinter Van and are avid cyclists ourselves. We have no idea the demand for this but have a fee schedule we can send if this helps make your trip smoother

We understand that you may be in town with friends or to visit family. While we prohibit "parties" we understand that it's completely reasonable to have your friends over to BBQ or enjoy the pool. We ask you limit your daytime guests to 4 additional people.

You'll have private entrance with complete self check in via a smart lock that is automatically changed upon your check in and check out. You have your own entrance to the pool area with table, chairs, lounge chairs, BBQ, Smoker, and outdoor fireplace. Please message if there is anything we can do to help
Traveling with an infant? We have a pack and play for your convenience.

*the pool is NOT heated

**We live in the main house and have a Large White dog named Weller. There is a fence between the Pool and our yard but you'll likely see him
