The Space:
After parking in front (free) and putting in the code to the secure gate, you will stroll through spacious garden courtyard heading straight to the the Blue wood planked Door. You will be greeted by old-world luxury Immediately sensing the peaceful spacious ambience, created by the warmth of the wood plank ceilings, adobe walls, and unique antiques. The room's focal point is a rare historic fireplace which during the winter months provides a rare to Tucson, wonderful experience.

Enjoy the rooms coffee bar and ample wardrobe storage and relax, the room is designed to be a perfect spot for your rejuvenating comfort.

Once settled, head out through the properties private gated courtyard to explore a plethora of fantastic dining and entertainment options. Take a leisurely stroll through tree lined streets to the nearby nearby unique dining spots, the downtown hub for nightlife and historic 4th Avenue, where you can easily hop on the trolley for a quick trip to U of A campus and its further exciting dining and shopping experiences.

Guest Access:
The "Terrace room" is self-contained. You enter from a large courtyard with a comfortable dining tables that occasionally May shared by other guests.
Beautiful, landscaping and twinkling lights in the mesquite trees add to this unique private space in the heart of Tucson's west university area.

The Neighborhood:
Walkable West university area consists of beautiful historic bungalow houses and treelined streets. Many coffee shops and great food options just blocks away. Also worth noting is that we have a skin care salon, hair salon, a massage studio and large antique store and great food until 10:00PM "Time Market" off of University Blvd.. We really are in a perfect location.

Getting Around:
Walk and explore the thriving West University historic neighborhood and downtown, our place is a great hub for exploring the desert hiking and biking. Rental bikes are in the corner of sixth ave and fifth street.

Other Things to Note:
We have a sweet German Shepherd mix "Wes" on the property. He is a rescue, sweet and mellow, not dangerous at all however he does bark when initially meeting someone. Otherwise, he is quiet. Guests have enjoyed meeting him and for those cautious about K-9's there is a gate between owners' property and rentals which we keep closed.
