The space
The Oasis Casita is the coziest retreat in the Vacay In Tucson collection, offering a modern Southwest aesthetic, a spa-inspired bathroom, a private indoor living space, and access to a shared backyard oasis with a hot tub. We're boutique, locally owned and operated, and have a deep love for Tucson, which is why we have incorporated much of the local flavor into our design.

The shared backyard space is perfect for watching the Tucson sunset by the fire pit, relaxing in Brazilian-style hammocks, or unwinding in the hot tub. Enzo, our friendly chocolate lab, lives on the property and is part of daily life here. Guests will see and interact with him during their stay, especially in shared outdoor areas.

Shared with your (awesome) hosts, enjoy a spacious yard where you'll see our chocolate lab Enzo. If you're up for it, he will beg for a game of fetch.

HOT TUB ETIQUETTE: The hot tub is located in the shared backyard and available for guest use from 8 am to 10 pm. Please shower before entering to help maintain clean water.

We have a thorough cleaning protocol to ensure all surfaces are sanitized and use unscented laundry cleaning products. We're also eco-friendly and provide personal care and cleaning products from Public Goods for our guests to use. Eco features include recycling, a dual-flush toilet, energy-efficient LED lighting, and a sink water filter so you can get great quality water straight from the tap. Don't forget to pack a reusable water bottle!

PLEASE NOTE: The casita is on the same property as the Oasis Airstream, which has its own separate space. Guests will have their private areas, and you may see others coming and going in the driveway.

Guest access
You’ll have access to the entire guest house, shared backyard, and a dedicated parking spot.

OUTDOOR KITCHEN: The oven, sink, and prep area are available for guest use. The grill is not available for guest use.

POOL: The pool itself is not included as part of the listing; however, you may use the loungers and umbrellas by the pool.

Other things to note
MID-STAY CLEANING: For stays of 14+ days, a mid-stay professional cleaning will be included at no additional charge (because no one wants to clean toilets on their vacay!). We can schedule a time when you'll be out adventuring.

FIRE PIT AND CHIMINEA: We have a wood-burning fire pit and a separate chiminea; however, we do NOT provide wood. If you’d like to use it, please let us know ahead of time so we can check on the current fire warnings for our area.

GOLF: Let us know in advance if you’d like to use the golf driving range — we’re happy to set up the net for you!

WASHER/DRYER: This is a small, all-in-one European-style unit (~2 outfits per load). We provide unscented detergent and fabric softener.

HOT TUB IN THE SUMMER: The hot tub is not available as an amenity from June - August. Why? When outside temps soar over 100*, the sun heats the water to unsafe temps.

ADDITIONAL FEES: Optional upgrades we offer are half day upgrades, yoga and sound bath experience, and during-stay housekeeping services. Inquire for more info if you are interested.
