Staff were so very nice, efficient and professional! My stay was so lovely! I got to say the breakfast buffet was truly amazing, well made, varied. The evening menu of the 8oz steak was a huge hit! So tender,so delicious and definitely a great price! The dining room staff, including D, Kerry were extremely helpful, considerate and made my stay feel like an extended family visit- comfortable and happy. The front desk staff were also very helpful, kind! Definitely a great, safe place to stay.

Very worn out. Dirty (Common areas)The water was hot towels clean the iron was broken. Returned it to front desk. The replacement leaked also broke n but did heat up enough to do the job The TV was scrambled colors Walking down the hallway a couple came out of room billowing smoke from weed Nobody around no security so they didn’t care waiting outside for my ride. A prostitute approached me and then had to explain to another guy standing around that I had no interest

Hotel super viejo descuidado y sucio. Llegamos y el cuarto que nOs dieron super feo y descuidado y no servían las teles. Pedi cambio de cuarto y nos cambiaron pero igual super descuidado el mueble donde estaba la tele en la recamara estaba sucio con restos de comida no lo limpiaron bien. El hotel puede ser viejo pero no tan descuidado como esta y la verdad no tan limpios los cuartos el primer cuarto olia feo. No nos quedaron ganas de regresar a ese hotel La verdad el staff super bien super amables ( apesar que habia problemas en el sistema por las lluvias ) pero de ahi en fuera nada nos gusto Las señoras del desayuno también super amables

Couldn't use WiFi, none of the id or passwords worked. AC very noisy, toilet wouldn't flush. I notified staff and no one fixed toilet. We were left to push and pull up floater. Bathroom had several scale damage.
