Not the place if you value safety

My stay was not great! Thankfully we didn’t spend much time at the hotel. My room was right next to the wash at the end of the property. The door barely locked and the window had huge cracks through it. It felt completely unsafe as there were homeless people and hookers everywhere! The walls are thin so sleeping was out of the question because you could hear the neighbors next to you, above you, and outside in full volume! The fighting, cussing, etc. The toilet ran all night and the water pressures were extremely low! Aside from the smiling staff at this property it is a big zero!!

When I got to the hotel there was no one at the front desk for 20 minutes. Got to my room which was average but not particularly clean and no cups. Also, the highway traffic was terrible as the hotel was near a busy interstate on ramp. The people were frendly at the desk but the overall experience was not particularly good, with the highway noise throughout the night the worst part of it.

Had to check in thru an outside window, they kept my driver license and made no attempt to get it back to me during a two night stay, lobby was closed, there was lots of construction, carpets are old and filthy, comforters are stained and sheets feel dirty. Staff was nice other than not getting my id back during my stay. The phone in the room did not work
