La habitacion estaba muy bien y limpia, el desayuno sencillo pero bueno, la cama muy confortable, lo malo es que tiene muy poco estacionamiento y fue incomodo estacionar el auto lejos de la habitacion, por otro lado seria muy bueno si se contara con cafetera y todo lo necesario para tomar cafe en la habitacion

The room was clean and nice. The outside of the building isn’t appealing. Our room was missing the hair dryer which is supposed to be included in the room. I asked the woman working the front desk for one, she was less than polite and gave me one that didn’t work. That evening I asked again, different front desk person, this time Robert was working and he went above and beyond to get me a working one. You can hear everything in the rooms next door. Overall average stay, wont stay again.

I made the reservation the day before my arrival and I even called to let them know we will be arriving late at night- we are on our road trip and we only need 1 night to sleep so I paid the reservation and called 2x to let confirm my late arrival and they told me I will Be okay to arrive late until 3AM but when I arrived at 11PM the guy that was working there refused me to check in because he sold out all the rooms!! Even though I prepaid it and he said it’s not guaranteed at all! Ans he is screaming at me and doesn’t want to hear my explanation at all! Instead he told me to Leave and call Expedia in a very harsh tone of voice! I could not believe that place that people like that!! Bad business so stay away! We don’t need that kind of people treating us like that and don’t care at all!

Staff is extremely over tasked and getting service is almost impossible. They lock the lobby at night because it’s in a real bad area. There were black stains all over the wood floor, didn’t stock us with hand wash soap. It’s not bad for the price if I would have to pay close to 100 I would have demanded a refund. Place is very dirty and they don’t have enough staff to provide good service.
