The space
The Tiny house is equipped with color-changing lights that you can easily be customized with the wall-mounted tablet.
Resort-like backyard with yard games and ambient lighting

Natural light through the day, and mood lighting at night.

Desk/monitor setup for mobile work

Water filtration system to get rid of the gross Arizona water taste
Guest access
The entrance is at the back of the property, from the alleyway through the metal gate. There is a blue sign mounted to the masonry wall saying "Tiny Excursion". The gate is easy to slide and allows space for 2 cars on the grey gravel.
Other things to note
The outdoor space is shared with the house which is also an Airbnb

Things that I have been told are extra amazing:
"That fancy toaster oven thing is amazing!!" can cook almost anything with it
"kitchen is incredibly well equipped!"
"Such nice dishes!" nothing worst than crappy plates at an Airbnb

Some concerns from past people:
The natural lighting is so good that you WILL wake up with the sun (6:20 AM)

Professionally cleaned (blankets, pillowcases, and comforters washed every time)
