PLEASE NOTE: This unit is in a house that`s been split into 2 separate spaces: this attached unit (private entrance, shared outdoor spaces) and the main part of the house (different listing).

SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER: To preserve the condition of our property, a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($42.80) or a refundable Safety Deposit ($700) will be required after booking. The purchase and ID verification will be done via our Fig & Toast Boarding Pass and Enso Connect, an authorized booking partner.

SHARED PROPERTY:
- This unique property has multiple spaces and buildings. (This listing includes only a portion of the main house, but the property also has two casitas, two yurts, and storage sheds.)
- Please note that long-term tenants currently occupy the two casitas, which are next to the house but completely separate.
- You may see the other tenants in the parking lot or come across them if you explore the vast property.

Guests will have access to a portion of the property`s main house and the patio just off the living room. The vast property is in the Sonoran Desert and has many unique spaces. With the exception of the two occupied casitas that are next to the house but completely separate and the 3-bed, 1-bath unit on the other side of the home, guests are welcome to enjoy exploring the property!

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets (each must be 25 lbs or less), and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that dogs not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

LAUNDRY: Please note that a washer and dryer are available for guests. They are SHARED with the property owner and located in a screen-in area outside the home.

- No cats and no unapproved pets
