This was a great price, so expectations were not terribly high. Still, the room was clean and comfortable. There was no coffee maker in the room or coffee in the lobby. No breakfast was provided but, again, it was a budget priced room. The property seems to be in process of renovation and our room had been done except it still needed a tiny bit of detail work done. If the price had been higher, it would have earned less stars, but I felt we received good value for our money.

My experience is nothing like the reviews I read! There is so much dust on the furniture in my room, it's been months, maybe even a year, since it was dusted. Microwave was not clean. Think I will be sleeping in my clothes, don't feel comfortable changing clothes in the room. Shampoo/conditioner is a very small packet, not enough to wash my hair, let alone others in the room. No tissues nor a trash can in the bathroom. TV remote didn't work. Really need to improve the ammenities!

This was a really nice hotel kind of old school but clean new carpets, tile in the bathroom. Super comfortable bed. Very quiet room soft sheets. Room was dark. Price was great. Proprietor was very friendly when we checked in. I would definitely recommend this and would stay here again.
