Would like to have known that this was an extended stay type of place. The front desk is not staffed 24/7. So make sure you communicate with the hotel personally if you're going to have a late arrival. Other than that we would stay here again

Fully equipped kitchen. Easy check in- I arrived after hours; they called to let me know where to find the lock box and texted me everything I needed to know. Excellent amenities for this price!

The room was really nice. Clean. Great water pressure in the shower. The only downside was the mattress on the bed. It was broken in where we kept sliding to the middle of the bed. I would stay there again.

Wonderful staff, friendly people and very clean rooms. No complaints on the quiet and restful atmosphere. My dogs also enjoyed the room and having the kitchen was a blessing! Our only complaint was the lazy dog owners who didn’t pick up after their dogs in the dog run and around the building. Having a hotel that doesn’t charge for your pets is something you don’t take advantage of by not taking the time to make it easier on the rest of us. We’re already planning another visit.

There was no staff at all. Had trouble with the heat. Tried to call the desk but the phones in the room were not operating. Called a scheduling number and they gave me a number for the desk but I got a recording that their hours were over at 8 pm. The recording gave the option of calling an emergency number for assistance so I did that and got a recording that stated that that number had not yet set up voicemail. The next day we saw that we were about to run out of toilet paper . We knew we would not return to our room until after the front desk was closed so I called and asked the clerk to see that there was some taken to our room . She said she would but when we got there later that evening there was none. If we were required to bring our own we should have been told that in advance!All in all very poor communication as to what we needed to supply for ourselves.

Room was clean, staff was nice. I encountered a problem upon taking things to car in early morning, upon entering building the door was locked and instructions were to use the card . The card reader always showed the red light no matter how many times a green light never came on so I was locked out of building trying to enter for fifteen minutes. I walked around to the side and saw a door with a green light, used the card and the door opened.

The room was clean except the carpet. Desperately needs updated. There was only 1 hanger in the closet. No hair dryer. No "do not disturb sign". Basic item request of more hangers & the dnd sign was never taken care of. I had to call the office with my cell phone to make the request for the hair dryer. No answer and I left a methework. After not hearing about someone bringing me a hair dryer. Wet hair dripping from me, I went to the desk. After seeeing the manager on duty and the clerk comparing fancy painted fingernails, they asked if I needed help. Waiting over 5 minutes for them to find the hair dryer. I felt the reviews on Hotels.com is padded. This was not what I expected for a 4 out of 5 hotel. ff. I requested more hangers and the

Nasty!! Black mold all in Bathroom from a leaking toilet that wa painted over. Food sauce splattered all over ceiling. Just dirty. And barking dogs all up and down the hall.. We had to leave two hours after we got there and were late to the concert we traveled for.. No one at the desk to tell or ask for a refund.. still no refund or answer after myself and Expedia tried to contact. Do not stay at this place!!

Reservation was for 2 queen, we got a single because the were out! What's the point of a reservation!? Stove did not work, would not come on! Arrived around 6pm, no staff anywhere! Had to call a phone number to get a hold of staff. The place stunk.

It was a very pleasant surprise. This place is extremely clean, well equipped, and offers all the comforts. The kitchen is fully stocked, and they even offer a washer and dryer for free on-site. The hotel staff was very friendly and even gave me a tour of the hotel before I went to my room. It truly exceeded our expectations.
