Hotel was nice conveniently located right next to the arvest convention center, which is where we had the meat so it worked out. Perfect it was hard to find the entrance to the hotel. I wish the instructions for that would’ve been a little clear overall good stay stinks that it doesn’t have any food really on site though and no breakfast and you have to pay for the parking

Our room didn’t have hot or even warm water. I called twice because of ice cold water in the shower. Both times they said the “engineer” was contacted and would come to our room shortly. No one ever came. Two of us took ice cold (it was currently 23 degrees outside) showers and one of us didn’t take one at all. Sink also did not have warm or hot water. Toilet took 2-3 tries each time to flush it. Complained at the front desk when we checked out the next morning and Ethan at the front desk let me know that he was not a manager, and there was probably nothing they could do, but he would let the manager know. For a $200+ per night hotel room I would expect to have at least warm water at the minimum. We won’t stay there again unless this gets resolved.

While the hotel was great all in all. The 25$ a night parking seemed a bit out there we were unaware until we got there. We liked the security of it being gated but the extra fee and non refundable $25 for incidents when none Occurred.

Things we DID LIKE. Excellent staff, great security, room AC vents positioned away from the bed, shower head good height and awesome water pressure, nice division between toilet and vanity, comfortable beds, convenient parking at a reasonable cost, easy check-in/out. Things we did NOT like. TOILETS ARE TOO LOW, we aren't children. Refrigerator under bathroom sink we found UNACCEPTABLE LOCATION for sanitary reasons. Same for the coffee maker directly adjacent to the toilet room. NOT SANITARY. Not everyone closes the door when using the toilet and we doubt that your housekeepers clean the coffee makers after each guest leaves. Drapery wands BEHIND THE PANEL THAT TV IS MOUNTED ON...ACCESSING THOSE WANDS WAS NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE BECAUSE OF FURNITURE IN FRONT OF THEM. Inadequate hanging space in closet for two people, but we did like the metal hangers. No shelf in shower to hold scrub sponges or other personal shower items. Electrical outlets were in awkward and somewhat hard to reach places. We all aren't young people who find it easy to get on their hands and knees to crawl under a desk to plug in a laptop or charge a phone. Also not particularly happy that there wasn't a phone in the room in the event one needs to call the front desk. We don't all use apps and we don't all carry the number for the hotel front desk in our phones.
