No extra blankets were available to use the pull out couch. The 8:00pm closing time for the Hot Tub is too late and the 10:00am open time is too late. Mostly disappointed about the earlier closing time. The cleanliness was the best part of the experience. Evening staff was semi-friendly. The morning staff was exceedingly friendly.

The room was not clean at all. The sheets were dirty, the bathroom had hairs from previous guests in the shower. The drain didn’t have a cover on it. I wasn’t even sure the room had been cleaned since the last guest had stayed.

Bacon was advertised but not available. The head housekeeper kept staring at my fiance with a mad look on her face during breakfast on Saturday. Huge hole in the wall beside the hot tub and the knob to turn on the hot tub jets was broken. There was a cockroach in my bathroom floor. The microwave in the room did not work.
