Light and fixture inside of shower was hanging down. No manager or maintenance on site for 19 hours to have this fixed. Unable to shower and they tried to charge me $180 for this hotel that night. Went on Expedia to get it cheaper but still not worth it. The next day after calling and asking again it took another 4 hours and they sent a housekeeping man up to fix it. Unprofessional and unsafe!!!! Front desk called manager and they did nothing for this time of not being able to shower. Pool and hot tub also not open until 10 AM closes at 8 PM. Also, breakfast was supposed to be open until 9 AM and they shut it down early every day.

The breakfast wasn’t all that great. Also, there were motorcycles having a drag race on the street right outside our window both nights we were there. Very loud. And people in the hotel parking lot right outside our window out there drinking and being super loud as well. Overall I wasn’t very happy with this hotel.

Had to move 3 times-1-No Heat. 2-No internet 3-No internet again. Hot tub was “Out of order entire stay” But nothing on website to tell you that. Of the 5 Hotels this was far and away dead last.

The first night room 221 I was bitten by something, my arm now is swollen and itches, I told front desk person at 6 am she saw bites and said yep that looks like bites, she said she’d have someone check it out, I waited two hours and no one came, I should have been moved rooms immediately, I had to ask to be moved rooms 2nd room 211 was supposed to be checked for readiness, I go to take a shower and there is hair on rub and tub has water and something in it still I’m mad at this point They move me rooms I talk to manager who makes excuses such as bug bites I could have gotten anywhere Even outside, they did there best to solve my complaint and I complained about two rooms so what more could they do No accountability, no integrity this place needs to be investigated and all reports and reviews taken seriously
