I recently stayed at your Fairfield Inn from 14-16 April. When I arrived Chris greeted me. He was very pleasant and extremely helpful. He quickly welcomed me and let me know about the hotel. He did so with a warm smile and genuine concern that I enjoy my stay. I felt we were off to a good start. When I go to my room it was clean and ready to use. A little background, I had spent the previous two nights in a Hilton inn downtown Tulsa. They had terrible water pressure and parking and no one showed the kindness and concern I got upon entering your hotel. Thank you for that. Every time I left or entered the hotel Chris would greet me and ask if I needed anything. He was great.
My second day in the hotel I decided to wash my clothes from the previous few days in Tulsa. I take my clothes down and out them in the washer. When I cam back to check on them the washer had malfunctioned and I was left with soaking wet clothes. I went to my room and called the front desk to get a trash bag and directions to a laundry mat. Ashely answered the phone. When I told her what happened she was sympathetic to my needs and situation and said she would help. She came to my room and we went to the laundry room and put the clothes in a trash bag. She used the hotels commercial laundry service to wash and dry my laundry and returned them to me folded in a bag. She did not have to do any of this.
