I would give 5 stars but, as long time cuatomers of tgis hotel, we asked for top most floor for my special needs kid. I had messaged the hotel but they never received them. We were exahsted and placed next to the ice machine on 4th floor. Too tired to bother, it was fine. Have had better experiences here in the past esp as HH member. Will book direct next time.

Everything was wonderful. The suite was perfect for our family of 5. Clean room, comfortable bed, clean pool, excellent breakfast. Even the shower was better than many other hotels. It’s nice to have a fridge, microwave, cooktop, and dishes/pots/pans in the room. Will 100% stay here again and recommend to others traveling to the area.
