Condition of hotel was excellent with beautiful Christmas decor, clean hallways, elevators, and rooms. Beds were clean ( bedding was excellent ) and comfortable. Cooling / heating system was an easy to use wall unit! Bathroom was simple but met all my needs ( hot water and perfect water pressure ). It was a very comfortable stay!

Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Lots of variety at breakfast. My only negative was I was never able to get wi-fi to work. It appeared they had 3 guest networks and i tried them all but, even though it showed i was connected, it was just too slow and every site i tried timed out.

Room was very nice. Comfortable bed you didn't need a step ladder to get into. Had problems with the TV. Couldn't turn it off. Loved that there were so many places to plug in electronics. Staff was friendly. Would definitely return.

Our room was clean and modern with comfortable beds. All of the staff we came in contact with were friendly and professional. Exercise room was sufficient for a decent workout. The only thing that was irritating to us was the tub stopper would not stay up and shower water was not draining unless it was held.
