Follow the trail across the street a quarter mile to the SOBO District for nearby dining/drinks. You are also a short drive/scooter ride to downtown Tulsa, the Pearl District, Cherry Street and Utica Square. This 1 BR, 1 BA unit includes a kitchen, laundry room, living and dining room and bedroom with access to the back porch. Workspace included.

This newly painted space offers a clean, modern feel. Open living/dining area just off kitchen includes leather sofa, TV, dining table and workspace. Bedroom down hallway includes queen bed and dresser with access to back porch. Closets and shelving available throughout the space.

Park behind building. One car per reservation. You`ll have access to the enitre unit and adjoining porch.

Take the Midland Valley Trail South to the Gathering Place and Riverside or North to the SOBO District, Cherry Street, the Pearl District and downtown. You shouldn`t have to walk far to find a scooter (Lime or Bird). Lyft and Uber both operate in Tulsa, and Tulsa Transit, the city`s bus system, also is an affordable and convenient option.

Since this is an apartment building, guests may hear others in the hallway or in a nearby unit.

We also hold strict quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.

Pets are welcome, but need to be approved and added to guest count! Pets are not allowed on furniture and should be crated if left alone in the unit. Excessive cleaning costs due to pet hair may be charged back to the guest.

You may park only one vehicle onsite with your reservation.

This property is not suitable for events, and Tulsa has a strict policy prohibiting more than 8 people in the unit at any time.

Please keep pets off the furniture and pick up after your them in the yard/dispose of any waste.

Please refrain from putting food or oils down the garbage disposal in the kitchen - use the trash cans provided.

We try and create a hotel-like feel with our all-white linens. Should any bed or bath linens be permanently stained at the end of your visit, you will be charge according to the following fee schedule:

Bed Sheet Sets: $40 per set
Comforter: $40 each
Bath Towel Sets: $30 per set

As a guest of Trailside Retreat in the City, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
