The Space:

Welcome to Casa Kefi, a stylish and luxurious 6-bedroom jungle sanctuary in Tulum, named after the Greek word 'Kefi'—the spirit of joy, enthusiasm, and a passion for life.



This modern concrete and steel masterpiece is a private oasis spread across three separate buildings on a large 8,350 sq ft property, giving your group ample space. The expansive, open-concept floor plan features massive doors that blur the line between the glowing interior and the lush courtyard, centered around an inviting private pool.

Main House (Sleeps 8)

Bedroom 1: King Bed with ensuite bathroom.

For groups larger than 16, we can coordinate with the neighboring 8-bedroom villa, Casa W (just 150 ft away), to accommodate a total of 42 guests across both properties.



HOA

- The villa is in gated community called Enclave which has eight beautiful homes. As a result, we ask that our guests to respect our neighbors by not having loud outside noise after 11pm.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 8,350 sq ft property. This includes all three separate buildings (Main House, Casita 1, and Casita 2), the central courtyard, the private swimming pool, and the outdoor bar area. Upon arrival, you will be provided with keys to the home and a clicker for the automatic car gate, ensuring seamless and secure access throughout your stay.

- 24/7 Concierge: Our team is available to organize airport transportation, pre-stock groceries, massages, yoga classes, yacht charters, restaurant and beach club reservations and more to create a seamless experience.



PROPERTY MAINTENANCE:

To keep the villa in pristine condition, our team will perform routine maintenance. They will be respectful of your privacy.

- Pool Service: The pool is serviced daily. The service team will let themselves in.

- Gardening: The grounds are maintained once a week. The gardener will also let themselves in.



UTILITIES:

Electricity in Tulum is provided by a single company (CFE). While rare, power outages can occur without notice and are beyond our control. We will assist in contacting CFE if an issue arises but cannot be held responsible for service interruptions.



POOL:

Anyone under 18 needs an adult present while swimming or near the pool for safety.

⭑ No diving and no glass near the pool - we supply plastic wine glasses and cups so this isn't needed. :)

⭑ All guests will take full liability and responsibility for their own and their guests’ safety.

While we respect your privacy, our dedicated team is committed to providing a five-star experience. A 24/7 concierge is available via phone or message to assist with any requests, from arranging transportation and activities to answering questions about the villa. A private chef and daily housekeeping staff will be on-site to service the property, but their interaction can be tailored to your preference.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be close to Tulum Beach. A water park, concierge services and laundry facilities are available. The holiday home includes amenities such as a private pool and a kitchen.

Everything was as stated in the description. The concierge for the house did a fantastic job with connecting our party with transportation.I would recommend the house to anyone staying in Tulum. The location was great. Close to downtown and close to the beach.
