Location is very walkable to the city amenities. Grounds are well kept. If you like a very hard bed, then this is the place for you. We really struggled with it. The villas are lovely and roomy… but the thatch roof is not sound proof at all and there’s a lot of traffic noise at night, barking dogs and music in the area into the night. Housekeeping missed our room one day, but overall were efficient. Fernando at the desk is fabulous, friendly and helpful.

The Villas weren’t anything like the pictures showed. When we arrived, the rooftop tub looked directly into the hotel rooms and offered no privacy. It was dark, and not nearly as bright as the pictures show, it was right next to the road and was loud. We were “downgraded” upon request to a regular room, which was much nicer. A bit of a disappointment as we were looking forward to the soaker tub, but we had a view of the garden and the room was bright. The bed was very firm. Beware though, there’s no door to the bathroom. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

On September I travel to Morelia to a boutique hotel and I love it and I was thinking that it’s going to be similar but not at all there’s no privacy at the bathroom no doors the tv it’s only decoration they don’t provide any chanel yes they provide breakfast but they give you a toast bread that I don’t know when they toasted horrible . I don’t think I’m going to stay again

Very clean hotel & staff was kind. Bathroom set up does not provide for privacy. Wished we had some outdoor space to sit at - off our room. Balcony was tiny with no chairs & had an unappealing backdrop. Recommend a room that has a view off the pool area.

Unfortunately we chose the studio and it was terrible. The room was super dark. Very small window but no view at all . the studio has a kitchen but has basically no kitchenware to use . We had to checkout the next day . The hotel has a beautiful roof top but just make not the get classic studio

Pictures look nice... especially with private hot tub outside. Arrived and did not get room key til nex5 day. Internet trouble all aver tulum. Room was impressive... but the details were not. TP is on a shelf behind toilet, which is next to open air shower. If you put tp on ground it will get soaked. Shower had huge window opening to interior cortidor... tinted white & no curtain. The back of shower was a huge glass pane separating it from the bed. No cortains to c9ver wither, soguess what happens when the lights go out... corridor ligsts shine right on the bed. Bring black spraypaing if yoy stay here. Bonus... plumbing work on ubit below began at~3Am...KLONK.....KLONK....KLONK.ALl night. Therible. I deserve a full refund.

I am dual citizen Mexican/USA When I checked in I presented my Mexican Passport(to avoid tourist fees) When I took out both my Mexican passport and USA, I presented my Mexican passport as ID, the girl at the front desk insisted in using my American Passport( So that I get charged all the extra fees for being none-Mexican(which I should have not paid because I am a Mexican Citizen too). I was tired from a long flight I did not want to argue. At check-out I was told to pay for sheet(25usd) that got burnt while staying at hotel due to me having to Iron my clothes even though when I ask for an ironing board they did not provided one. Great location, however worst customer service ever would not recommend. Find something different nearby! They CHARGE 30 USD if you don't return your beach TOWEL! FYI!

Parking is tight. Hotel has beautiful green spaces. No much to see outside my window …on both stays my room had a view of a telephone pole with big transformer next to my window. Food was creative, over priced but good. Beautiful dishwater, nice table setting & served me folded paper towels for napkins.
