Room was clean. Staff were friendly. There's a shuttle to the MTR train station, but even if you miss it or it's full, the walk to the mall that connects to the train station isn't too far.

Itbwas a layover before a flight, but didnt like the service or how staff treat you different because you are not a guest of the sheraton. Had a pool view from my room, but wasnt allowed to used it. Braekfast start at 6:30am and first bus to the airport leave at 6:45 (being an airporthotel should be more aligned). Dont get confuse, Four point by Sheraton doesnt have the same quality or treatment as the Sheraton, that sharesthe same building.

As my first stop in Hong Kong, this hotel met all my needs. The staff were very friendly, and one of them even took the time to help guide me on transportation to different places. Breakfast was included, and I found the buffet to be excellent, with a wide variety of options. The Indian curry rice was my favorite. If I have the chance to return, I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again.
