Cozy ADK Cabin in Tupper Lake - New Build

Let this cabin be your base camp for all the adventures the Adirondacks have to offer. You can keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom cabin that has a sweet 4 ft. x 20 ft. porch to sit and enjoy the backyard creek views. The backyard offers a variety of birds to watch by day over the creek wetlands and offers dark skies for star gazing at night. We have an economically stocked kitchenette, as well as a relaxing living room with smart t.v. and comfortable dining space.
The cabin is located in a friendly neighborhood on a private street that provides a calm atmosphere with dark skies. You are set back but still in the middle of what the town has to offer.
The cabin is situated in walking distance of many local attractions such as the quaint Main Street Restaurant, the award-winning Raquette River Brewery, along with two other bar/restaurants and two convenience store/gas stations. Our local "Little Wolf Beach" is just a short 3 minute drive. The beginning of the Rail-Trail/Junction Depot Walking Trail and Scenic Railroad Station are a short walk just around the corner. The local grocery and general stores are all within a 5 minute drive. When it comes to boating/paddling and mountain climbing, there are many different boat launch sites and mountains to climb.
Each bedroom has a queen size bed that have 4 pillows each, an alarm clock that wirelessly charges your phone along with 2 lamps. The kitchenette is economically stocked with cutlery, plates, bowls, cups, various cooking utensils, BBQ utensils, a potato peeler, can opener, pizza cutter, kitchen scissors, mixing bowls, cutting boards, dish drying rack, hand towels, dish clothes, pot holders, a mini fridge/freezer combo, microwave/air fryer combo, keurig style coffee maker, toaster, garbage bags, dish soap, hand soap. The bathroom has a stand up shower that has shampoo, conditioner and body wash, a large medicine cabinet and is economically stocked with bath towels, wash clothes, hand towels, toilet paper, a bath mat, and hand soap. The living room has a couch that comfortably sits 3 adults, a 1 person recliner and a round coffee table. The dining room has a large table with 4 chairs.

This cozy cabin was perfect for two couples ŵho took a 2 day trip to the area museums. Very clean, quiet and private once we were inside the cabin. The owner greeted us when we arrived and explained his plan for the property that he continues to develop. We had a nice dinner at a nearby restaurant. Reasonably priced and convenient to the village. The cabin has a kitchenett wìth toaster, microwave and coffee maker but no stove. Wonderful for a short stay.

Overall the place worked out. It was hard to know which one it exactly is because there is no numbers posted. The online pictures and map are a little deceiving I thought I had booked a cabin by itself and hoping it was more secluded. Being on the owners property was a little different for us, we didn’t want to intrude on there property. The place was immaculate and well maintained. The beds were nice and cozy sitting area for night Netflix binges was great.

This is exactly what my family was looking for! We drove out for the wilds center and afterwards we came to stay for the night. Rob was at the property when I showed up working on cleaning out the dock area. He let me know that we could fish off the dock (see the photos of some of our catches in the 10mins we fished before leaving In the morning!). You could tell he was genuinely excited that we were staying at the home and that he cares! Beds were comfortable and the space was perfect for our little family of 4. The property is a little bit more grown in than the photos show and the lawn was currently being worked on behind the house. Some people may have complained about the yard being dirt and grass seed trying to grow, but anyone who has ever worked on a lawn knows this is normal and will look perfect in 1 months time. I also visited the local brewery 1 minute down the road, AMAZING! I would Definitely stay here again and I am glad I found this little gem.

Cute cabin at a reasonable price

Perfect little spot for our family to spend a few days hiking and exploring the area. The cabin was clean, the owners were friendly and responsive, and the property had a little dock and kayak access. The beds were super comfortable, the grill had a full propane tank, and the small kitchen had all the necessary utensils. We planned our meals knowing there was no oven or stove. Overall, a nice cabin at a reasonable price.

Nice cabin for a weekend stay

This cabin was the perfect home base for 3 nights while we enjoyed the Tupper Lake area. It had all the essentials and plenty of space for our family of 4 to be comfortable. It’s located on a corner of the owners’ property next to their home but still feels private enough. Would stay again!

The listing for this property is EXTREMELY misleading. We wanted to stay at a "cozy cabin" in Tupper Lake to get AWAY from people.. instead we arrived to find a tiny home in someones back yard right next to (or inside of?) A trailer park smack dab in the middle of town. None of the pictures or the descriptions tell you that and I couldn't look it up ahead of time because I didn't receive the address until after I had booked and paid for it. When we arrived, we saw the property, saw the ridiculous ammount of noisy neighbors who were driving ATVs and dirtbikes up and down the road, and kept driving. We were very upset it wasn't what we thought it would be and ended up staying elsewhere. Very dissapointed.

Adorable Clean Cabin!

We were looking for a place to attend the 10th annual Brewski and this was perfect! Walking distance to many places and while we decided to not leave once we arrived, we thoroughly enjoyed our board games and ordering pizza from Tyler’s in town.
