Price is reasonable, it closes to my daughter's residence in Tustin. This time we stayed in the room is much better at the back of the property, much quieter, clean, and newer. I did not know the property has better rooms at the back VS the room we stayed last time even we asked for a quiet room but the front desk did not honor it, it was in the front of the property and it was facing the freeway, it's old, dark and noisy! This time we stayed at room #250 which is good, but upstair, not sure if rooms down stair is still good or not. If it's good, then we don't need to haul the heavy luggages upstair. We'll check it out before we book next time then.

Overall it was a nice stay. Only feedback I would like to share that there was sleep disturbance during quiet hours due to door opening and closing by neighbors. Hopefully you will find some workaround on this. We may consider staying here again. Thanks!

I’d stay again…

My only complaint is that the room smelled really bad. Kinda like a man’s dirty feet. But the room was perfect for me. Comfy bed and a great bathroom.

Noise AC, un-responsible housekeeping

This hotel, the housekeeping & front desk not really doing their job. I left big bottle of face wash in the room, I called front desk, he just answer like he doesn't know, I asked him to ask housekeeping he said such eh..eh..., keep make excuses. Be careful, don't forget your stuffs here because they just throw everything. AC noisy, keep on/off every few minutes. Small queen bed.

Friendly Staff and Affordable

This was my first time staying here and I absolutely loved it. The staff was incredibly friendly and the room was clean. I stayed here for my trip to Disneyland. It’s only about 12-15 minutes away. The price was more affordable than those closer to Disney. I did want to mention the room is a little small but I mostly stayed here to sleep. I want to say Thank You so much to the front desk individuals. Everyone was extremely friendly.

My young daughter and I (her mother) planned to stay there. The fact that it is a motel with rooms opening to parking lot and its proximity to the freeway and being surrounded by apartment buildings just made us feel unsafe. I explained our situation to the front desk clerk and he had me call Expedia to explain. In the end they said they'd refund my money. If they don't I'll be very disappointed. Room and bathroom were spotless and the clerk was very kind but just not for us.
