A separate pavilion is situated at the front of the home, which is equipped with a King size bed, 2 single beds, plus ducted air conditioning, ceiling fan, smart TV, surround sound system and a comfortable lounge.

A garden entertaining setting plus dining table allows you to enjoy poolside dining. Enjoy a barbecue cooked meal under the covered cabana area which overlooks the exquisite infinity pool.

Your open plan living area includes ceiling to floor glass bi-folding doors and windows allowing natural light to surround the property but still allowing complete and total privacy created from the beautiful greenery. This area features a lounge suite, dining table, smart TV, gas fireplace, day bed and ducted air conditioning. Flowing seamlessly out onto the beach side deck area, which is covered and has a comfortable outdoor corner lounge and 2 Papasan tub chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, integrated fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and breakfast bar.

There is a full bathroom located downstairs with a shower and toilet plus a laundry.

Kingscliff is a beautiful coastal town with many great beaches, creeks, and estuaries to enjoy year-round.
With the gorgeous Cudgen creek boasting a large array of sea life, many locals and visitors enjoy snorkelling through or fishing north of the bridge.
Local events are frequently held on the foreshore including surf competitions, festivals, and fundraisers. Beachside markets are held on the second and fourth Saturday of every month from 8am to 1pm.
Throughout the year dolphins frequent the river mouth, and between April to November the ocean comes alive with spectacular shows from humpback whales making their annual migration.
Kingscliff is the jewel of the Tweed Coast, enjoy the beautiful coastal atmosphere that the town brings, with plenty to see and do in and surrounding the town.
