The Bale Owners Corporation is currently undertaking essential building maintenance and improvement works throughout the complex, including the replacement of hot water pipes and upgrades to the building's hot water system.



During this period, guests may experience general construction noise during daytime hours and intermittent hot water interruptions while the works are being completed.



In addition, roof replacement works have been approved and will commence once scheduled. Scaffolding will be installed around parts of the building during these works and may temporarily obstruct some unit views.
