The street noise was loud during the evening hours. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. The end tables were dusty, and the bathroom floor was dirty. However, the coffee and breakfast buffet were good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Also, the pool area was very nice.

Great stay in Twin Falls

We, 2 couples, booked two rooms. All of us felt the rooms were very large and had very comfortable beds. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good with lots of hot and cold food that was tasty. Checking in and out was easy and staff was friendly.

This stay was a mixed bag. I like the property and most of the staff were great. Breakfast was great and the room was nice. Dog friendly. Unfortunately, people haven't picked up after their dogs around the property, even though bags are supplied. The worst problem was when I got home and checked my card online; I had over $1200 worth of charges for two nights! When I called, the assistant manager was helpful, but the charges were a mess and actually still haven't been totally corrected at this point. Other hotels only charge me the pet fee and Expedia takes care of the rest. That clearly didn't happen here. But at least they are working with me. I like the LaQuinta brand in general and will likely stay again but will do my due diligence when it comes to charges on my card.

We were on a long road trip and unfortunately my wife injured her knee the prior day and was walking with a cane in significant pain. When I checked in I asked if the hotel had a wheelchair. I didn't expect so but it was worth asking, and they didn't. My wife came into the hotel with a serious limp and we walked right by the checkin desk. When we got to our floor and looked for our room we found it was as the end of the hall, over 100 feet from the elevator. I offered to get a different room as the hotel was almost empty, but she decided to tough it out. She was in tears by the time we got to the door. I was absolutely livid by the sheer thoughtlessness of the desk clerk. She could have put us close to the elevator and saved a lot of discomfort. People in the hospitality industry need to think about what their guests need. Other than that, the hotel is in a good location but is getting tired. The alarm clock had not been cleared by the maid so we got an unwelcome wake up at 5:30 am. I thought I had turned it off but had hit the snooze button so it went off again at 5:40. Breakfast was ok. Overall, I left the hotel tired, angry and very disappointed.
