Not the best sleep

The hotel is pet friendly amd has areas for your dogs. The rooms were average size, maybe on the smaller side. The shower leaked onto the floor making a water mess. They hard wood floors which is easy to clean when having pets. However, when your on the first floor you literally hear everones foot steps. The people above seems to be running, jumping and stomping as it sounded like a stampede was going off. My family drove 6 hours to get sleep. Which we did not get that much sleep. They do serve breakfast, which was standard for hotel food.

The Staff were friendly but the hotel was filthy! The Front doors, carpets and floors were all filthy. It was not up to the usual Sleep Inn standards that we enjoy. I assume they were short staffed because everyone was busy. The breakfast area was clean and well supplied.

The first impression of the property foretold the rest of the stay. The entryway was dirty, worn, and the glass looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. We arrived at 4:30PM and it took a few minutes for someone to greet us. She was not friendly or polite. The room was OK. Bed was moderately comfortable and bedding was clean. The hallway carpet was dirty and had small pieces of trash. The employee who was working the morning we checked out was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating.
