I was a little worried when I saw the outside and realized it didn't look like the picture BUT noticed immediately it was due to construction. Went I went inside I was pleasantly surprised with how nice and clean it was. And every employee i encountered was so helpful and kind.

the property looked NOTHING like the photos online. No elevator. We had to carry all of our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. And then when we got into the room, it smelt horrendous and was not clean. We ended up just checking out that same day. We will not be returning.

Well the bathroom toilet didn’t flush properly I asked the morning of my last night there and no fix as well as the sink being clogged upon getting into the room and the heat of the room with a a/c unit that did not help.

1st floor requested and fulfilled. Very friendly employs on team. Good breakfast. Clean room and other facilities. Located on busy street and was difficult at times to leave and get to drive in. Other room occupants were kind of noisy one night. We didn't report.

Easily located and in a good location. There is a pretty big gap on the door, so it lets in a lot of light from the hallway. Other than that, comfortable stay for a very reasonable price.

This property is undergoing an external remodeling, and it’s not attractive at the moment. It will look better soon. But that doesn’t excuse the poorly cleaned bathroom. The free breakfast with scrambled eggs and sausage was nice, but not having any orange juice to go with it, instead providing apple juice and some tropical beverage lets me know that the management is cheap and short sighted.

Okay--not great

The hotel is decently located if you have a car but not for walking. There are many places to eat and shop within a 10 minute drive. The room was also a decent size and clean, and the shower had good water pressure. The aircon in the room didn't work very well, the pillows were atrocious (the mattress itself was pretty comfy), and the bedding was genuinely subpar (two sheets and an old fleece blanket). The room was dark and noisy, too. I would have liked to have given it a 3.5/5 [7/10] since it wasn't terrible, but it also isn't quite a 4/5 [8/10]. Staff was great. Waffles at breakfast were a nice surprise. Parking was easy. Biggest annoyance was that the gym was being used for storage or something and unusable. I wish these types of things would be published before booking. Some people book hotels for specific amenities, so when those amenities are unavailable for use, it is really annoying. So, it is not a gross or terrible place for a couple of nights, but it could be better.

Under Renovation

It was obvious that this property was recently bought and is under renovation. That said, there is NO elevator to access upper rooms. The room we stayed in was VERY small! It appears that the new rooms being added on are closer to a normal size. The bathroom in our room was SO small you could barely turn around. Room floor was not carpeted, so very cold on the feet - wish I had brought slippers. Lighting was very poor. Convenient location with several restaurants within walking distance.
