Viihtyisä ja mukava, tämä hiljattain päivitetty, 4 makuuhuoneen 3 kylpy kaupunkiasunto. Se on kaunis merenkulun sisustus mukavilla huonekaluilla. Puhumattakaan, näkymä merelle edestä parvekkeelta on juuri lääkärin määräämä!
• Olohuoneessa on iso näyttö-tv mukavalla upoudella sohvalla. Siellä on myös takka, baarikeittiö, viinijääkaappi ja jääpalakone.
• Ruokapöytä mahtuu 6 mukavasti.
• Tämä koti on täysin varustettu kaikilla nykyaikaisilla keittiökoneilla ja graniittisineillä kaikkiin ruoanvalmistustarpeisiisi.
• Makuuhuoneessa on kaunis, joka sijaitsee kolmannessa kerroksessa taulutelevisio. Nauti king-vuode, parveke merinäköalalla, iso tilava kylpyamme erillisellä porealtaalla, suihku ja kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus.
• Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on mukava queen-vuode. Kolmas makuuhuone on hieno lapsille, jossa kerrossänky (yhden hengen yli kaksinkertainen) kylpyammeella / suihkulla.
• Neljäs makuuhuone sijaitsee toisessa kerroksessa, jossa täysi sänky ja kylpyhuone suihkulla.
• Pesutupa on täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivaaja.
• 2 yksityisellä parvekkeella on tilava oleskelualue nauttia merituulen.

Kaupunkimme on 100 metrin päässä hauskaa ja aurinkoa rannalla ja vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Tybeen historiallisesta laiturista, kuuluisista ravintoloista ja allekirjoitusalueista. Tybee Island on vain 20 minuutin ajomatkan päässä historiallisesta Savannahista, River Streetistä ja City Marketista. Nauti rentouttavasta rantalomasta samalla kun pääset kauniiseen ja historialliseen kaupunkiin Savannah, GA.

Family Beach Vacation

Overall this is a lovely "home away from home" with a convenient location. We had quick access to the beach, restaurants, ice cream shops, and novelty shops. We were close to the kayak tour and had easy access to golf carts for older family members. The science museum and sift and seine was fun for the younger children 2-8. The home was supplied with cooking and eating utensils and some basics.We had immediate access to wifi, codes and essential check in directions. Due to the size of our family (9) we needed to purchase trash bags. We brought 2 inflatable mattresses. We also brought paper plates, bowls, cups, plastic eating utensils, lots of napkins, paper towels, and toilet paper. We were supplied with 7-8 towels: however we were able to wash towels as needed. For your convenience, I would suggest BYO cleaning supplies (bath, Lysol spray/wipes and some laundry essentials), bottled water and extra hand soaps. We had a few house-related features that didn't work properly (the lock on the patio door, back garage door?, shower door closure/bathtub jets, a chair with wobbly leg and a few light bulb replacements. Please know that the garage accommodates two SUVs and had a variety of beach supplies for the children. I also think it would be helpful to have directions for the thermostat... Nevertheless, we loved the Seascape Villa. It was spacious, clean, accommodating with a pretty and peaceful atmosphere - a rare find!

Great stay at Tybee Island

The condo was in a perfect location with a short 1-2minute walk to the beach and 3-5 minute walk to all the shops, restaurants and bars near the pier. We had a range of ages staying here from 3-73 and everyone had a blast. The garage was a nice flex space for our beach supplies and fit two full size SUVs to keep out of the sun. My family will stay here again.

Location was great...

The only thing we (all 6 of us) really liked about the unit was the location. It was in a great location BUT the beds were awful, all of us had very similar nights rest, not much unfortunately. The mattress were so firm and old every time you moved it sqeaked and the entire mattress moved, so a light sleepers worst nightmare. It was accurate description of what was included. You got 2 towels for 4 nights (they were incredibly soft), they supplied coffee but one pack was for the single serve coffee makers. We had to open 4 to make one VERY weak pot, so we bought our own. It did have kitchen utensils and beach toys but that is IT!!! We have stayed in numerous VRBO and this was the LEAST equipped unit we have ever stayed, a lot of places have more than salt/pepper. The kitchen was bare besides utensils. I HATED the water saver feature in the bathrooms. Everytime you washed your hands water sprayed ALL over you and the counter. The unit needs a deep cleaning and gone through to get rid of rusty kitchen items or pans that should have been tossed a few years ago. There were a few glasses that also need replaced. Over all, we wouldn't stay at this unit again.

Great Vacation!!

Property is even better in person! Very nicely appointed. Huge kitchen and having a garage was a plus. Lots of beach toys in garage. Extremely close to pier, beach and the heart of the restaurants / shopping. All easily walkable. We didn’t need to use our cars for anything. Highly recommend.

This is a great property in a great location. Just a very short walk from the beach, and Tybee’s restaurants, bars, and beach stores. It was great to just leave the car in the garage and walk everywhere. The owner was very responsive, and check in was easy. The condo is very nice inside and has a great floor plan. Everything was clean and neat.

Absolutely perfect

This VRBO was absolutely perfect for my family. We had 8 adults and felt that there was plenty of space. All we could want and more! Parking was easy (four spots including two spots in the garage) and easy access to the beach and local restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay on Tybee!!
