Would'nt stay there again. The staff there seems confused on the Hotel's policies. The AD for the Hotel stated free Continental Breakfast, but the staff said it was'nt allowed for those who stayed at the Desoto Beach Garden part of the Hotel. Also, one of the 2 TV's in the room did not get the same channels as the other TV in the room. They were not premium channels - just basic cable channels. I reported it and the staff said the blocked channels were not a purchased part of their cable (but the other TV in the room had the channel fine??) The blocked channel was Fox News. lame.

The floors were filthy dirty. Inside the drawers had crumbs. The silverware was dirty.We had to wash it the dishes were dirty.We had to wash it. The equipment is utensils are old and disgusting. Glass. Coffee table has smudges all over it. Overall our visit here at this hotel was disgusting.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was real nice, some mold in shower they just need to clean better. It was on the beach and lots of dining options close by and a few shops. The parking is not great, we had a truck and do not recommend bringing a full size car very hard to park it.

The first room they gave to us was really dirty (the German cockroach dying on the bedroom floor wasn't a great sign, and the second one only marginally better, and a number of the lights in the room didn't work, it seemed like they weren't expecting off-season guests!
