Room was nice and spacious BUT when we turned down our beds, there was dirt and EVEN a dime in them. YES a dime!!! I called the front desk and they immediately sent someone up and changed both beds. The sink had black mold under the rim. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Disappointed. Not worth the money we paid.

I'm typically not one to complain... But our room was not cleaned very well, the smoke detector had been intentionally disconnected and was left hanging, and the shower had black mold. Also, despite observing cleaning staff tending to other rooms on our floor, our room was not cleaned once. And we spent three nights. I will not be back and will not recommend this hotel.

Pricey, but Worth It?

The hotel was nice, but we paid almost 300$$ a night--during the week!! It was July & peak season, so the rooms are going to be expensive. The hotel is right on the beach, so you pay for that. However, it is also a massive hotel w/ lots of rooms, and usually 2 people working the desk!! It took over an hr for us to check in, our room wasnt ready (but it was after 4pm). I loved Tybee Island, but would stay elsewhere next time. Its a tiny island, all the hotels are on the beach & you can walk or ride a bike anywhere in 10 to 15 minutes.

Hotel was convenient to beach, walk out took a couple minutes. Clean sand, umbrellas and chairs available for a fee. Daily cleaning and fresh linens each day. Local restaurants were good and easy to access with a short walk for a 5 minute drive. Drive to Savannah for a day of shopping and had a great dinner of shrimp n grits. Would visit here again!
