Tämä Tybeen kaupunkiasunto on vain 100 metrin päässä rannasta, josta on upeat näkymät rannalle ja valtamerelle kolmannen kerroksen pääasiallisesta asuintilasta ja valtavasta "L" -muotoisesta katetusta kuistilta, jolla on upeat tuulet. Ensimmäinen kerros on 4 auton autotalli, piha, jossa ulkosuihku, aula ja hissi kaikkiin kerroksiin. Toisessa kerroksessa on 3 makuuhuonetta (yksi kuningas, yksi kuningatar ja yksi kerrossänky, jossa on kaksi kerrossänkyä), tässä kerroksessa on 4. huone, josta olemme muuttaneet lasten TV-huoneen, kaksi täyttä kylpyä, pesutupa & valtava "L" -muotoinen katettu kuisti. Kolmas kerros on pääasiallinen elintila sekä makuuhuone / kylpy, keittiö, ruokasali, takkahuone ja iso taulutelevisio, jauhekylpy ja taas valtava "L" -muotoinen katettu kuisti, josta on upeat näkymät veteen. Yläkerran kuistilla on Weber-kaasugrilli ja siinä on huonekalut (Adirondack-tuolit, keinutuolit, poikkipinta-sohva ja ruokapöytä).
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Tybee Island Beach. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaille poreammeen ja keittiön.

This property was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect, especially for a trip with kids. The layout of the house gave everyone their own space and no fights over the bathroom was a huge bonus. It felt very homey and had everything we could possibly need and then some. I just cannot recommend this property enough.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME

The home couldnt have been in a better location. The beach access was literally a few steps away from the front door. The view from the main living area was breath taking. Yes there were lots of stairs, but guess what.....There was an elevator in the home! We had one wheelchair in our party and it worked great for us. The amenities this home offers are just to numerous to count. Parents you absolutely do NOT have to pack anything extra beach toys wise. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING! Chairs,toys, umbrellas, beach carts, coolers, beach towels, toys etc.....Plenty of room for parking. Outside shower was great to wash the sand off before going into the house.We loved this home and the host was quick to respond to our questions. Thank you again for sharing your home with us. Oh, I forgot to mention the room that shows a dark couch and loveseat in the pictures, now has twin beds with a trundle. This was a nice surprise for our large group and allowed everyone there own bed to sleep in.

Absolutely the best place for a beach vacation with kids!

Our group of 12 (includes 4 different groups) absolutely loved this house. It’s so stinking close to the beach and if there was something we forgot, the house had it! Great getaway!

Three families had a great time on this property! Great proximity to the beach and the porch views and breezes are amazing. The rooms and sleeping arrangements worked great for the adults and children. Mark was very responsive and helpful. We hope to stay again!

Great Location

We all enjoyed our stay on Tybee. The house was great. I had other family meet from other states around the country and everyone enjoyed the house. We had plenty of room for everyone and we all enjoyed the house and it's amenities. It was a close walk to the beach and an easy drive to Savannah.

Great vacation!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The location is absolutely perfect - just a super short walk to the beach. The views from the porches were beautiful. It was amazing getting to watch the sun rise every morning. This was our first visit to Tybee Island, and we definitely want to go again!

Perfect week at Tybee

This was our first time staying in this house. There was ample space inside and outside for the family to spread out. The walk to the beach is super short. The house is tastefully decorated and the kitchen is well stocked. We look forward to future stays!

Family Vacation

We loved the house and Mark was absolutely wonderful to work with! The location was perfect for our family. It's in walking distance to the beach, close to restaurants on Tybee Island and 20 to 30ish minutes to Savannah, GA. We spent most of our time on the wrap around balcony on the 2nd and 3rd levels, relaxing, enjoying quiet time and the nice breeze. The elevator was a life saver for my dad and for taking luggage to the third floor. We'll definitely come back to stay here when we come back to Tybee Island. Thanks Mark!

Wonderful Thanksgiving family vacation

This was a perfect house for our Thanksgiving combined family vacation. We had 10 adults ranging 27-91 & 3 children under 5. The house was well appointed, stocked & comfortable. Just steps from the beach, near restaurants & across the street from a playground. The elevator made it possible for our father who is wheelchair bound to be able to join us & celebrate being together.

Great spot for family vacation

We have stayed on Tybee many times but never in a home this size. It had everything we needed and more! Plenty of bedrooms with comfortable beds. Great space for rest and relaxation. Mark was a wonderful host that was quick to respond to our inquiries. I can’t say this enough but whatever you might need they have. From beach amenities to an extra fridge in the garage to an elevator this place has it all! Did I mention you’re a two minute walk to the water? Our family including my 81 year old father really enjoyed this property. A true gem on Tybee!

Thought we would go to Savannah for a day but never left the island.

The unit was so nice, we never left the island.Worked out great for all 3 generations. Space to spead out when infant and 2 year old needed quiet places. Walked to beach and restaurants. Dolphin boat, fort, lighthouse and great restaurants just a short drive.

Great place and great host

The house exceeded our expectations and Mark (the host) was super helpful. The location is super close to the beach access and the ocean is so close you can see the water from the balcony! Lots of nice areas to hang out with family, indoors and out. Thanks for a great family week at the beach!

Girls Club Tybee Island

We loved it! Less than a block to the beach. View of ocean and breezes from upstairs patio are wonderful. Lockbox entry very convenient. Owner let us park car in garage. Kitchen well stocked. Appliances and pots/pans somewhat dated. No baking sheets. But otherwise we found everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Nicely furnished. LR couch very comfortable! Be aware the kitchen and living room are up 3 flights of stairs, no elevator. We needed the exercise so it was ok for us! We highly recommend it and would definitely rent this property again. Owner extremely easy and friendly to work with.

Perfect spot for a family getaway!

This house was exactly what we were hoping for! The furniture was very comfortable (have stayed many places where the furniture looks pretty but that's about it) the rooms were setup well for our three families, the porches were huge and perfect for a game with the kids/a space to enjoy our morning coffee/watch the rains pass, and the beach was just steps away. We were sad to leave but it was a wonderful stay!
