The service was good. The overall cleaniness was not very good. Stains on the seating in the room and on the carpet in the hallway. It looked like someone puked and it wasn’t cleaned. We got there in the evening and it was on the floor in the hallway and when we left the very next day, it was still there. No one bothered cleaning it up.

In town on business. The hotel was very clean and safe. Staff, especially James, were friendly and accommodating. Very convenient to shopping and many restaurants. We will stay here again when back in Tyler.

Needs a good cleaning/some simple repairs

We have stayed at this property several times over the years. The last time being in February. I noticed then that the property was in need of some minor repairs. This time, there were several issues. Excessive mildew in shower and around toilet, the sink was cracked and missing the stopper, broken toilet paper holder, bathroom walls could use a good wiping down, carpet was not vacuumed well. When we were in the elevator upon arrival, there was a spill that was still there the next morning. One elevator was down when we arrived and when we returned from dinner the other was down as well, leaving us to climb up 4 flights of stairs. We confirmed with the front desk the second one was also down, there was no sign on the second one.
