Hotels not to stay at in Tyler Texas !!!

It smelled wet and musty like a basement in my room. There’s 3 less roaches living there now. It says breakfast comes with your stay. There was no breakfast. There wasn’t even coffee !!!!

This is a drug motel, far below the standard LaQuinta experience. Scary place and first room had no security latch. Both rooms smelled like smoke.

Not a great experience

First off, the door to the room was busted. It was hard to close and open. Then for two guests they only provided one towel, when I called for more they said we had to wait for room service in the morning. The sheets on the bed were musty as well.

Staff is awesome but understaffed and tired! They were kind and helpful! Best part of my stay! Property is just plain sad! My door lock was broken. My shower drain was clogged! Every faucet was barely working. There was a giant yellow stain on my comforter. There was a giant cockroach under my yellow stained comforter! Pretty sure people live in the hotel rooms! Picture on website is a gross misrepresentation of the actual hotel! I know you will just write back and say sorry for bad experience but you really should take the time to fix all these problems! I stay in hotels 3 weekends a month and my last 2 La Quinta stays have been dismal! Do better!

The only complaint I have is the pool was closed. You should let people know that before they book, one of the main reasons we picked this place was for the outside pool. Other than that, the stay was good, good location, friendly staff.
