This property checks all the boxes but for a "Resort".... there is no breakfast and what's there is bare minimum done... i was disappointed. They can do better. Where is the bacon, toast,eggs,pancakes, waffles and griyts etc....

Very nice property. Staff / management should consider flexibility in the 4pm policy. We arrived just after 3 with the hotel almost vacant and was told it would be a $100 charge to check in at that time. Not a position that communicates customer service

Pros: Staff were nice, room was spacious, and the hotel had character (library was cute). Cons: Broken shower (but they moved us to a different room), multiple stains on couch, driveway and sidewalks were icy, pool was in a separate building (not great during winter), and continental breakfast ended at 9 instead of 10 like we were told. This hotel might be nice during the summer months, but I absolutely would not recommend it during the winter.

The host siad breakfast was from.7 to 10 and it was only til 9 got there at 9:05am was told breakfast was over so never got breakfast perty disappointments and was told the restaurant srved food tel.10pm.and they stopped serving food at 9pm

Experience I’ve ever had at any hotel between the room being dirty when I got there the lack of professionalism for management being overcharged and double charged for certain aspects would not recommend this place to anyone ever again

I don't usually offer much of an opinion on where I stay because they are usually 'good enough' or acceptable. This facility however really wasn't unfortunately. Here are a few lowlights: -- Appeared to be understaffed -- Staff was rude, including making personal comments to guests about their physical appearance -- Staff asking people with families to leave the pool, I overheard a staff member tell a family, "I hope you aren't staying here all afternoon". The family was being respectful and quiet. -- Pool was freezing

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary trip and it was wonderful. They have a restaurant in the hotel which I read mixed reviews about but we loved our food and drinks. The staff was kind and friendly. Our room was very spacious and loved the look of it. The only downside was that the pool and hot tub were in another building so we had to walk outside in the cold/rain to get to it in mid October. I would recommend this hotel to a friend and in fact, I actually did recommend it when friends were looking for a place to go.

It was a beautiful hotel and I like the idea of a pool house. Beds were very comfy. But they don’t have lights only lamps plugged in everywhere and they charge the whole fee (not partial) if you accidentally fall or trip and break ONE lamp. (My 6 year old). No one answers the phone or emails and the people in the front don’t know much of what’s going on. It took like 30 minutes to “clean up” the glass from lamp and they didn’t know how to use the vacuum so they don’t me to be careful and watch for glass for the rest of my stay. Was not happy during my recent stay.
