Did somebody say beach house? If it's location and lifestyle you're looking for, then look no longer. Located in one of Mollymook's most popular streets - Donlan Road, it's just a short 5 minute walk onto the beach and to the local Tallwood Ave shops and eateries. The contemporary style beachhouse is filled with warmth and character. Its bright and sunlit interiors offer a relaxing coastal vibe and the perfect ambience to enjoy Mollymook days and nights. This beach house is all about the location & lifestyle with indoor fireplace & outdoor fire pit.

Wake up and wander down to the beach for a morning surf or dip. Grab a coffee or breakfast from one of the nearby eateries, then kick back and relax on the sunny front deck. Perhaps enjoy an afternoon round of golf at one of Mollymook's two scenic and picturesque golf courses. There are also plenty of dining options all close by, including world famous Rick Stein's, Bannisters Pavilion Rooftop Bar & Grill & popular Asian Street Eats at Gwylo.

The home offers plenty of space for family and friends to gather and enjoy with indoor and outdoor living areas both upstairs and down with a large backyard and outdoor fire pit area. Portable heaters are supplied.

Please Note -

- Linen and towels are provided for you stay, just be sure to pack your own beach towels.

- This property is pet friendly, and the yard is fully-fenced. We ask that pets are kept outside.

- Please do not book if you are a party, hens/bucks or school leavers group. These types of bookings will be cancelled.

- A starter supply of firewood is included for your use.

- Please note that the bedroom with the tri-bunk does not have windows to the outside, however there are ventilation windows between the bedroom and bathroom on either side.
