It is set in a ½-acre of mature gardens, with shrubs, lawns and seating areas and you can enjoy private fishing rights from anywhere along the boundary of Sunny Beck Cottage. There are excellent walking and mountain biking trails from the doorstep around the shores of Coniston Water and surrounding fells. The large garage/barn is ideal for storing your car, bikes and boats, with additional private parking for two cars. This is the ideal holiday home to use as a spring board for the visiting the Lake District National Park. Beach 10¼ miles. Shop 4½ miles, pub and restaurant 1¼ mile.

There is an unfenced stream in the garden. Access to the back garden area, is from steps at the door of the property, not the gate with 'private' written on.
