The bungalows are lovely, staff is fabulous (friendly, helpful, and wanting your stay to be the best!), the safaris are incredible, and the food is amazing! I look forward to returning

Na minha ida a África do Sul, ocorreram as piores enchentes dos últimos 26 anos. Logo, tudo foi rodeado de incertezas. Estava tentando contatar via email e chat a propriedade, para confirmar que estava tudo certo, mas sem resposta. No dia que cheguei na África do Sul, tentei ligar para a propriedade, mas não fui respondido. Quando estava embarcando para o meu voo para o Kruger, me atenderam, e simplesmente disseram que não poderia me hospedar, já que a propriedade havia sido danificada. Não é culpa deles isso, óbvio, mas poderiam ter avisado os hóspedes. É um absurdo deixar hóspedes que estão pegando voos, vindo de outros países, simplesmente chegarem no lodge sem um aviso. Após isso, me realocaram em outro lodge da rede Newmark, o Nkomazi. À partir de agora vou falar sobre a nova acomodação. O Nkomazi proporcionou um quarto confortável, comida excelente e os funcionários impecáveis. A experiência foi muito boa tirando um fator que achei fraco: Os safaris. Lá é uma reserva de BIG 4 (não sabia disso, queria ter ido pra um lugar de BIG 5), e achei a densidade de animais importantes baixas. Fiz 6 game drivers e vimos muitos Gnus e zebras, mas achei um pouco massante no sentido de ver animais importantes (eles tem apenas 5 leões na reserva inteira, alguns elefantes que não vimos nenhum, alguns hipopótamos que vimos só o olho de longe, etc). Não estou dizendo que foi ruim, equipe maravilhosa e alimentação incrível. Mas acho que esperava mais pelo preço altíssimo.
